AOC could not miss Insomnia58 for many reasons. First of all, we are huge fans of big gaming events and make it our responsibility to enable as many gamers as possible to try out new titles while having fun destroying their on-screen opponents. With this in mind we packed our best gaming monitors into our suitcases and hit the road!
Attention magnet AGON
For the first time, Insomnia58 lasted four days instead of three and believe us, we were excitingly busy! Our booth had a steady stream of curious guests as our charming ladies demonstrated the perks of our newest AOC gaming monitors. The king of the party, of course, was our impressive , new curved AGON AG352QCX monitor, which was the number one attraction for those wishing to try out the ultimate gaming experience. It was a super exclusive sneak peek considering the AG352QCX is due to hit the stores later this Autumn. Visitors not familiar with our AGON line could get some professional opinions as well as test the monitors on what they do best - keeping up with the graphical demands of your gaming passion. Whether for CS:GO, Dark Souls or any other title, the versatility of high-quality AOC production is second-to-none.
The AOC booth was not the only one where our monitors stood out from the crowd. Our friends at Cyberpower held their own Unreal Tournament competition with the AGON monitors and also made them available for guests to play on after the tournament ended.
Team Infused was close to making it
If you’re into your eSports, the competitive side of gaming, you probably checked out the ESL CS:GO Premiership on Sunday and the Insomnia58 Counter-Strike Open. AOC-sponsored Team-Infused took down CAZeSports over the course of a brutal Bo3, making it onto the mainstage for the Grand Final of the Tournament. We cheered for the guys as loudly as we could but today was not their day and the Romanian team XPC Gaming took home the Trophy!
The CS:GO tournament offered the finest AOC Gaming monitors to its contestants, while the players from the Insomnia58 Open were even able to test our products with their own PCs. We also provided the Bring-Your-Own-Computer (BYOC) area with nearly 200 AOC displays, offering a great chance for young and ambitious gamers to test their skill on the best gaming monitors there are.
As with any big gaming event, Razer and AOC Gaming also had their beloved RAZERBUS on-site. The attendees of popular gaming events have already learned that the awesome green bus brings all a gamer could ask: you can play games, test your skill in small competitions and try out some of the best gaming gear.
We had an awesome weekend at #i58! Four days full of games, eSports, cosplay and great emotions have passed, and we can’t wait for the next Insomnia festival to come!
